Emil E. Starck, Jr. . Emil met his wife Ruth in heaven on April 5, 2008. He was born to Emil Starch Sr. and Louise Keuper Starck on Dec. 13, 1914 in Sheboygan. He was 93. He died in Bonita Springs. FL, but formerly lived in Sheboygan. He married Ruth Schneider on July 24, 1937. Ruth preceded him in death on April 19, 1994. He worked at Molan's Bakery for many years. He then worked for printing shops in Sheboygan and Duluth, MN, until he moved back to Random Lake, where he worked for Times Printing. In 1982 Emil and Ruth moved to Bonita Springs, FL, and spent summers in Sheboygan. After Ruth's death, he worked part-time as a crossing guard for the Bonita Springs School District, which he held until his death. He is survived by four children; Judy (Jim) Gruenther, Sheboygan; Richard (Paula) Starck, MI; Phyllis (Randy) Garand, FL; Tom (Dawn) Starck, FL; 8 grandchildren; 12 great-grandchildren; one great-grandson; one sister-in-law, Darlene Preuss, two brothers-in-law, Howard Schneider and Ronald Krepsky; nieces, nephews and many friends. He is preceded in death by his parents; his wife Ruth; one granddaughter Debbie Guenther Watts; one great-granddaughter, Annie Starck; one sister and brother-in-law Alvin (Ida) Starck; two sisters-in-law, Katherine Krepsky and Irene Schneider. Memorial services will be held Saturday, April 19, at 11:00 a.m. at St. John's United Church of Christ, N. 13th St. and Lincoln Ave. Time of visitation and support will be from 10:00 a.m. until the time of service. The Rev. Gregory Whelton, pastor, will officiate. Private burial will be in Greenlawn Cemetery. The Lippert-Olson Funeral Home is serving the family.
