The Lippert-Olson Funeral Home does not conduct funeral services or visitations on Christmas, Easter or Thanksgiving. Any services or visitations conducted after 2:00 p.m. Saturday or on a Sunday or Holiday will occur a $175.00 surcharge to cover personnel costs.

Basic services of funeral director and staff, transfer of remains
to funeral home within 15 miles , embalming, other preparations
of the body, use of staff, facilities and equipment for
visitation (1 day) at funeral home or other facility, and rites
or ceremonies (next day) at funeral home or other facility,
casket coach, utility vehicles, committal or other disposition
service.
Basic services of funeral director and staff, transfer of remains
to funeral home within 15 miles , embalming, other preparations
of the body, use of staff, facilities and equipment for
visitation and rites or ceremonies (same day) at funeral home or
other facility, casket coach, utility vehicles, committal or
other disposition service.
The goods and services shown below are those we can provide to
our customers.You may choose only the items you desire. However,
any funeral arrangements you select will include a charge for our
basic services and overhead. If legal or other requirements mean
you must buy any items you did not specifically ask for, we will
explain the reason in writting on the statement we provide
describing the funeral goods and services you selected.
Our fee for the basic services of funeral director and staff
includes, but is not limited to, 24 hour accessibility to staff,
staff to respond to initial request for service; arrangement
conference with family and responsible parties, arrangement
of funeral; preparation and filing of necessary authorizations and
permits, recording vital statistics, preparation and placement of
obituary notices; shelter of remains; and coordination with those
providing other portions of the funeral, e.g., cemetery, crematory, vault
companies, and others as required. Also included in this charge
are overhead expenses relative to our facilities such as
professional licensing, legal and accounting fees, insurance,
building and utility expenses, parking lot and grounds,
maintenance, taxes, equipment, furnishings, inventory costs,
record keeping, and secretarial and administrative expenses. This
fee for our basic services and overhead will be added to the
total cost of funeral arrangements you select. (This fee is
already included in our charges for direct cremation, immediate
burials, and forwarding or receiving remains.) This fee is also
included in our full package selections.
Except in certain special cases, embalming is not required by
law. Embalming may be necessary, however, if you select
certain funeral arrangements, such as a funeral with viewing.
If you do not want embalming, you usually have the right to
choose an arrangement that does not require you to pay for it,
such as direct cremation or immediate burial.

Our services include coordinating the funeral arrangements,
supervision of committal or other disposition service, and
equipment and additional staff necessary to conduct funeral
ceremony at other facility.
Memorial Service at Funeral Home
Our services include coordinating the memorial service,
supervision of the memorial service, staff to attend memorial
service, and setup and use of facilities for memorial service.
Memorial Service at Other Facility
Our services include coordinating the funeral arrangements,
supervision of the memorial service, and equipment and additional
staff necessary to conduct funeral at other facility.
Funeral Luncheon Fee at Funeral home
Our services include the setup of tables, chairs and buffet
table(s), necessary staff and cleanup for luncheon in our
facility. No food is included
Service at Graveside or Mausoleum
Our services include coordinating the funeral arrangements,
supervision of committal or other disposition service, and
equipment and additional staff necessary to conduct service
at graveside or mausoleum.
Transfer of Remains to Funeral Home
Add $1.60 for each mile (one way) outside 15 mile local service area

Forwarding Remains to Another Funeral Home
This charge includes local removal of remains, basic services of
staff, embalming, necessary authorizations and transportation to
airport. This charge does not include the use of facilities,
equipment and staff for any visitation, rites or ceremonies,
public or private, prior to forwarding the body.

Receiving Remains from Another Funeral Home
This charge includes pick-up of remains, transportation of
remains to place of disposition and basic services of staff. This
charge does not include the use of facilities, equipment and
staff for visitations, rites or ceremonies, public or private,
prior to disposition.
Immediate Burial/Entombment
The charge for immediate burial includes local removal of remains,
local transportation to cemetery, necessary authorizations and
basic services of staff. This charge does not include embalming,
the use of facilities, equipment and staff for any visitation,
rites or ceremonies, public or private, prior to burial or
entombment. This charge does not include an outer burial
receptacle if required by cemetery.

Direct Cremation
The charge for a direct cremation includes local removal of
remains, necessary authorizations and basic services of staff.
This charge does not include the crematory fee or the use of
facilities, equipment and staff for any visitation, rites or
ceremonies, public or private, prior to cremation. If you want to
arrange a direct cremation, you can use an alternative container.
Alternative containers encase the body and can be made of
materials like cardboard or fiberboard materials (with or without
an outside covering). The containers we provide are: Basic

As the person(s) arranging for this funeral, you have accepted several obligations for
burial related expenses. At the conclusion of making funeral arrangements, a
preliminary Statement of Funeral Goods and Services will be completed and
presented to you for your acceptance. Your signature on the statement will
indicate that you accept this obligation personally and in any official
capacity you may have.

At the conclusion of the arrangement conference or prior to performing
services, payment of an amount equal to the initial cash advances may be
required or a fee of 5% will be added to the total of the initial
cash advances for obtaining these services.
A final statement will be sent to you approximately 7 days after the
funeral service. The balance will be due within 30 days from the date of
the arrangement conference.
If full payment of the funeral expenses is not received within 15 days of
the due date, a late payment penalty of 1.5% per month (18% per annum)
will be added to the unpaid balance.
In the event that full payment is not received within 90 days of the due
date and other arrangements have not been made to pay this account, it
will be turned over to legal counsel and pursued by all legal means. Any
and all expense relating to legal and collection fees will be added to
the unpaid balance.
The funeral home reserves the right to require funeral expenses to be paid
in full prior to providing any funeral services.
